The only good thing about not seeing Phil for a few weeks is that when you do eventually bump into him sat around some Balearic poolside he's always got a fresh bundle of goodness to offer up. Heard him playing last week and kept on having to ask what the tracks were and twice out of four they were from this EP. Pure Ibizan gold....

The Hot Toddy remix of 'Neve Su Acireale', sounds like a more Balearic version of 'Voices' if there is such a thing! Malvasia is a superb track that I thought couldn't be bettered but this retains all the best elements adding dreamy sparkles, smooth drums, and a warm bass, Willie's re-touch of 'Fenice' takes it back to beach guitars and shades of Raúl Orellana, whilst James Bright's ‘Storm’ take slowly chugs with the merging of technology, soul and microchip mellows!
